Being A Good Samaritan Is Not Always Good

Well here goes another blog posting and after this I might be finished for the rest of this month, but yes I have another bone to pick again. Honestly I think that I have turned into a complainer but whatever this is my blog and I will cry if I want to :'(. . .

Anyways sometimes the black race catches a lot of flack because we are often stereotyped to be very horrible people, whether we may be ignorant, violent, uneducated and what have you. Either way we are not always portrayed in the best light. So when I feel that I am in a position to really help get out other people (especially in the music scene) and get their stuff heard and what not I will do that because it is good to always lend a helping hand that is why certain regions will have a hot music scene because everybody is willing to support. Now thats all fine and dandy, but there will always be that few that ruin it for everybody like I mean why is that there will always be those group of black folks that dont know how to act and perpetuate stereotypes and still expect yu to help them. If there is something that I truly dislike in this world, that is ignorance because on some real ish it's never good look because it looks so bad.

A couple of events that have happened in the last two months let me see that when yu try to help a group of people especially if it is your own people it can either go both ways really good or realllllllyyyyy bad. Either way both play into ridiculous extremes where it doesnt have to be like that but in the last two months I have been seeing alot of bad! Not to say that everybody is hopeless but it is never a good look and then they wonder why people say, "black people can't have nothing", with Barack Obama in office it shouldn't be the deciding fact of whether or not you are going to grow back but lets be real, now that we do have a black president that is a million times more reason and motivation to do better even if it is not on a grand scale. With people always perpetuating these ridiculous stereotypes of being ignorant or trying to be hard by pulling out a gun is never a good look so like seriously get over yourself and stop acting like a chich and learn how to be a stand up person.

Anyways this prolly the last pof my rants plus a chick like me is tired so I holla :)

WTF Is Formspring?

I can't sleep and I am trying to write this outline for my essay and it aint even working for me maybe I should talk about my new love/hate relationship to formspring.First of all let me just start by saying that I do have a formspring account and I have only been asked one question but it was an inside joke from a friend but that's neither here nor there LOL. But yes I am not going to preach so let me just go with what I'm about to say.

First off I have the most extreme disdain for people that like to talk garbage behind one another's back because first of all it is not attractive second of all it just shows what type of person you are period. Now with this new social networking device called formspring I feel that it is a new way of talking shit to people that yu do not like but never had the teabags to say it to their face or even behind their back. I think some days it's totally ridiculous how some people will go on this thing and insult people they dont know or jus flat out hate on somebody. And I know hate is a subjective word because EVERYBODY thinks that they have haters (and I am not one of them) but personally I feel that if you are going to go on formspring to tell someone that they are sleww ting or tell them that they are beat (whether or not they are) yu are classified under my books as a HATER! Like it goes to show that yu have too much time on your hands and clearly wished yu were that person because I have seen people on my friends list that have formspring and I have seen people out right disrespect them and they ppl they are disrespecting are actually cool peoples or probably even in a relationship (which really makes even less sense for yu to be callin them a slew). All I am saying is that if yu are really gonna talk shit or whatever at least have the decency be all the way 200 with it nd if yu are really bad put your name underneath so we know who the fuck yu are. Like honestly it is 2010 and I hate using the new year cliche but on some real shit people need to grow the heck up, it aint cute.

Second, another bone I have to pick is the girls that ask the guys such personal sexual questions like, "Do yu eat?" (like honestly what male in their right mind will answer that on twitter or facebook like GTFOH) or "How big is your dick" and what have yu. Honestly I cant get the idea out of my head that it might be some desperate girl or a groupie that has never got a good dick down by a dude, so they come off as raunchy and a bit whorish, but then again it is your prerogative. As for the males that answer it, I guess it gives a little boost to your ego or what not but nonetheless yu guys are brave for answering some of these questions, but then again I think it would probably be fun for yu guys. But nonetheless that shit aint really a good look either and I can understand why yu wud want to stay anonymous but even so it is funny how yu will still talk some nonsense behind a monitor and a keyboard.

Meh, to me formspring is not that big of a deal because it all depends on what yu will answer and what yu will not answer, plus it can be all in good fun if people just have fun with it. There is no need to take it the next level of hating or talking a whole bunch of unnecessary foolishness. But then again this is the age of the e-thug or internet gangster. Yah I might catch some flack for it but I am not really concerned because I am comfortable with people not liking me less people to say hi to :). So yes this is my rant but I doubt it will be my last for today

Have A Baby By Me Baby Be A Millionaire. . .I Think!

Hello Hello It feels sooo good to be back again on blogspot and eating up my chewy bar. It's a good monday morning real shit! Anywho next blog entry. . .

So I don't know if anybody has noticed but this is the new baby boom era, lots of babies are being born and it's just blessings and miracles everywhere. But I'm not gonna sit here and act like its all good because many of the people that are having babies are babies themselves. Not to discredit the young people that had children and are taking care of their children shout to them because it takes a lot of hard work, but there are still the others that bring about the stereotype of the baby momma baby daddy scenario. Me, personally I think having a baby when yu know yu are not financially stable is very selfish especially if yu are an adult, but when it comes to young girls and guys having children I sit in the middle. Honestly shit happens yu know condoms do break, yu get into it yu forget, and other things. But there are so much contraceptives and alternatives that people should know about just because we are in a more informative world, there are condoms (both male and female), birth control, for when all else fails the morning after pill, and last but not least abstinence. Like I said shit does happen and there are some things that you can't control, but then yu have the OTHERS.

When I talk about the others I mean the girls and guys that have sex going in raw (without protection) knowing that they shouldn't be doing it but they do it anyways. Or the males or females that honestly want to trap someone into having a baby (yes men do it too). Either way both sides of the spectrum are not good just because being pregnant should be the last of your worries, there are things such as STIs and STDs that can effect ur health and if you are pregnant put your child's life in danger. I think sometimes people don't get the serious nature of having a child, it's very hard and it's very tiring, especially as a woman. My mom had me and my 3 other siblings between the ages of 22-35 approximately and every time she had one of us she would always cry because not only is there stress she has to deal with being in pain and the hormonal imbalance which can sometimes lead to postpartum depression. Knowing that you are still a teen and your body hasn't all the way matured yet and you have a kid there might be some health risks involved.

Also I have to address something that also really disturbed me one day I was on facebook and somebody had said that more young ppl need to have more babies to put more money into the economy and that right there was a PAUSE. . .whylin with a mix of C'MON SON! Does that statement even make sense like really yu are trying to tell me that more young ppl having babies is suppose to help the economy. When more and more teens and young ppl that can barely take care of themselves are having children and are in need of goivernment assistance whether it be welfare or things of that nature how does that really help the economy. Like the saying goes in order to help someone else yu need to be able to help yourself, and if someone with a child can barely do for themselves how does it help anyone. Those are the moments when I say people need to think before they start typing, that was a true But Hold That Thought moment. But having baby isn't a bad thing when having it young it's just a detour from the path yu intended on following and there are people out there that sacrifice for their children and try to do their best to better themselves.

I have friends that have babies and they are young but they are some of the greatest mothers that I have seen because they seen that keeping a baby would be a life altering decision and decided that they wouldn't let a baby get them down. But instead will let them keep fighting for themselves and their children, so alot of these mothers I give kudos to, because I understand things happen and many of times keeping a baby wouldn't be the most ideal choice for many, but they are keeping it and taking care of their children while going to school and/or working. No it isn't the most ideal life that many of them had planned for but they make it work because they know they have to. So for that they get a special hug and a shoutout for being a good mom. The same goes out for the good fathers out there because with things like the Maury show showing the negative men that come on to the show acting like they have no piece of sense denying the baby up and down acting like they have no home training and not all men are like that. I am not saying that yu have to be with your baby moms to be a good father, as long as yu are taking care of your kids and being there for them on every level possible then yu are doing a great job and for that I commend yu.

Well to end this off I would like to say that teen pregnancy is a very touchy issue for me because there are times I see friends of mine do whatever they need to do to provide for their child and sometimes it hurts me because I see them struggle. But at the same time I see the resilience and it makes me very proud of them. But nonetheless when something can be avoided try your hardest not to get stuck in that situation because at the day with every choice made there is a consequence whether good or bad. So if yu are having sex please wrap it up because pregnancy shouldn't be the ONLY thing yu need to be worried about.
